Since the Plaintiff has vacated the portion of suit property viz. Plot/House No.C-46, Block-3, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi and the process of taking over and handing over the possession, therefore, let the amount of Rs.9,000,000/- (Rupees Ninety Lacs Only) be given to the Plaintiff and Rs.500,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs) be withheld on account of taxes and utility charges (if any) and same shall be paid after deduction and issuance of sale certificate. The Nazir is directed to issue sale certificate in favour of the Defendant No.1/Kamran Hameed and release the amount. Adjourned to 05.03.2026 for compliance by Nazir.
