Both learned defence counsels submitted that plastic bottles, cans/dabas may be checked physically in order to fined-out that whether the same are containing crowd oil or/are empty to which the learned AD legal Ms. Sanobar Hashim FIA raised no objection. As such the same property was physically checked by the learned defence counsel and it was found that all nineteen plastic bottles (Canes/dabbas) are containing oil, but the quantity lying there differs from each other. More over the same property is unsealed condition. Moreover, one iron made bottle/durmee is not available as case property so produced today. SI Rashid, of FIA crime Circle Shaheed Benazirabad produced case property, which is hereby returned after completing evidence and physical examination to him with directions to produce the same on next date as per law. The learned AD legal FIA is directed to produce rest of PWs for recording their evidence on next date. By consent case is adjourned.
