Crl.Misc.application u/s 22-A,B (6), Cr.P.C called. Applicant/petitioner Saba Fatima Soomro is present a/withi her learned counsel Mr.Zulfiqar Ali Chachar. Mr.Riaz Ahmed Channa, Learned ADPP for the State is present. Private respondents No.3 is called absent, notice issued against him return un-served by the process server as per his endorsement. Reports received by this Court from concerned authorities. Order on it. Filed. Arguments heard from both the sides. Order also passed, signed and announced in open Court. For the reasons to be recorded, in view of the reports anc clear assurance extended by both the DSP Complaint Cell and the concerned SHO that the petitioner shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law and shall be afforded legal protection whenever she approaches the police for any lawful assistance, no further order is required to be passed at this stage. The statements and undertaking so furnished are taken on record and shall remain binding upon the concerned police officials. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of in the above terms. In compliance to the directions of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Bench at Sukkur vide order dated 15.02.2026 contained in Constt:Petition No.S-24/2026, let the copy of this order be sent to SHO concerned for information and necessary compliance as per law, with directions to submit compliance report before this Court within (07) days. |
