The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Jameel Hussain Bhutto advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Barkat Ali son of Muhammad Sadique by caste Depar, in Crime No.16/2005 of PS Gaji Khuhawar for offence U/S 324,448,504,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) ) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. He is further directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call police papers. In the meanwhile, this bail application is hereby transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber, for confirmation or otherwise on. 28.02.2026. Applicant/accused has not furnished the required surety. |
