Case called.accused is present on bail along with his counsel.ADPP is present. Accused filed application that he pleaded his guilt duly supported with affidavit.same was kept on record at exh:1.Thereafter show cause notice issued to accused at exh:2.Accused submitted reply of show cause notice at exh:3. Heard the parties and perused the material. order passed and announced in open court. Since accused have pleaded his guilt voluntarily, therefore by taking lenient view, as he has admitted his guilt voluntarily, I do hereby convict/sentence the accused U/S 243 Cr.P.C, for the offence punishable U/S:279 PPC R/w 75 NHSO Act and sentence him to pay fine of Rs.3000/ only and in default of payment of fine amount, he shall undergo for one day as S.I. Accused have deposited the fine amount imposed upon him. Reader is directed to deposit the same in Govt. Treasury under proper challan which be annexed with file. Accused is shown on bail his bail bond stand cancelled and surety discharged. |
