Received criminal miscellaneous application from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicant is present along with his counsel. The proposed accused is present along with his counsel and submitted an application with affidavit for paying an amount of Rs:3,00,000/ in the installments, which is taken on record. Arguments heard. After argument at some length parties reached at a private settlement whereby applicant confirmed actual dues of Rs.3,00,000/- which proposed accused Nadeem Ahmed promised and assured with undertaking to pay at the rate of Rs.1,00,000/- per month regularly to Kaleemullah. Such statement along with supporting affidavit duly signed and endorsed by both parties along with the learned counsel representing them has been taken on record and application in hand stands disposed of by consent in these terms. |
