Today bail application of accused Azam Jan is fixed for hearing. Learned ADPP is present. Mr. Akhtiar Ahmed wadho learned advocate for accused is present. Police papers received. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Bail of accused is granted in the sum of Rs> 50,000/- and PR bond in the like amount. One Atta Muhammad son of Qadir Bux appeared and submitted affidavit alongwith saving certificate of Rs: 50,000/- bearing NO. HF-149709, he want to stood surety for accused AZam Jan order on it, surety is provisionally accepted let the documents be sent for verification. Mr. Muhammad Yousf Magsi advocate filed statement stating therein that surety documents are genuine one such statement is kept on record. |
