Cr.BA No. 1926 of 2026 of applicants/accused fixed at Sr. No.6 of today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC system is taken up in open Court. The applicants/accused are present on interim pre-arrest bail granted to them vide order dated 27.08.2026 by this Court. The counsel for applicants/accused and DDPP for the State are present. The complainant has also appeared and filed application supported by his biometric affidavit by raising no objection for confirmation of interim pre-arrest bail of applicants/accused, such application and affidavit of complainant is taken on record. Heard. The record has been perused. This is second pre-arrest bail application after dismissal of first pre-arrest bail application of applicants/accused bearing Cr.BA. No.1895 of 2026 vide order dated 24.08.2026 in default/non appearance of accused by this Court. The indicated offences are non compoundable. However, indicated offences do not fall within prohibitory clause of section 497(1) Cr.PC coupled with the facts that applicants/accused have joined the investigation and have not misused the relief of interim pre-arrest bail. The DDPP has raised no objection. Therefore interim pre-arrest bail earlier extended to applicants/accused is hereby confirmed on same terms and conditions.
