Crl. Misc. Application under Section 22-A read with Section 25 Cr.P.C. called for hearing. The petitioner, Mashooque Ali, and his learned counsel, Abdul Faheem Thaheem, are present. The private respondents, Ghalib Hussain and Shahzado, are also present, whereas the remaining private respondents are called absent.
