30-09-2026. Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff and learned counsel for defendant No.01 appeared. Mr. Zahid Khalil, learned counsel for one of the defendants also appeared. Learned counsel for the plaintiff filed statement praying therein that due to typing mistake in the list of witnesses and serial number 07, the witness namely Muhammad Ilyas stamp vendor, it is mentioned that ???Stamp paper bearing serial number 9/3/2019 in the register of sale stamp papers, has been sold by him. He prayed that the correct serial number of both the stamp papers is 1294 dated:09/03/2019. He lastly prayed that necessary correction may be made in the list of witnesses and then summon be issued to the witness. Learned counsel for defendant No.01 raised no objection. Virtue of aforesaid position, the request seems to be meritorious hence allowed, in the interest of Justice. Reader is directed to make necessary correction and issue summons accordingly.
