Applicants/accused are present. D.C is present. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced in open Court, without touching merits of the case, the applicant/accused is admitted to interim pre-arrest bail subject to furnishing surety in the sum of rupees Rs.20,000/- ( Twenty thousands) each applicant/accused and P.R bond in the like amount.
