Case Diary: Crl bail application u/s 497 Cr PC called. Learned counsel for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Today bail application is fixed for arguments. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced in open court. Bail of accused granted subject to furnishing solvent surety in sum of Rs.20,000/-with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. One Ali Murad son of Ali Muhammad appeared and stood surety for accused persons by submitting his affidavit along with original special saving certificates. Order passed on it. The Surety accepted provisionally subject to verification. Learned counsel for accused submitted statement regarding genuiness of surety documents. Order on it. File Issue such release writ to concerned jail authorities. |
