Bail application called. Mr. Rai singh, learned counsel for applicants/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Order passed and announced in open court, as per order bail granted to both accused in the sum of Rs:-20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) each with PR bond in the like amount. One surety namely Gul Muhammad s/o Muhammad Rahim by caste Sangrasi, r/o village Aloo Kotrio Taluka Islamkot, appeared and filed affidavit to stand as surety of both accused. He/surety produced Four original SSCs No.GJ-765709 to 765712- each of Rs:-10000/-(Ten thousand) Total amount of Rs-40000/-(fourty thousand). Order passed therereon. The Surety is accepted along with PR bond in like amount. Let surety documents be sent for verification and mortgage. Issue Release Writ of both accused. |
