Received R&Ps from the Court of Honourable Sessions Judge Ghotki vide Letter No.Cr/-347/2026 Dated 16.01.2026 for its disposal according to law and the same is taken up. Accused Mada son of not know is already declared as P.Os, while remaining accused are present on bail except accused Mevo Khan, for whom co-accused Nazeer Khan has filed an application for excusing his absence. Order on it. DDPP for the State and counsel for all accused are present. Put off to 28.01.2026 for supplying the documents to the accused. Present accused are directed to attend and inform the absente accused. Presiding Judge is on optional leave. |
