Heard and perused learned defense counsel has stated that accused Saeed Ahmed has been abducted by private accused persons and such record has also been produced before this court which reveals that matter is pending before Honourable High Court Bench at Sukkur on 12.01.2026 for hearing, therefore absence of accused Saeed stands condoned with directions to issue notice to surety as per law.
