Criminal Miscellaneous Application is called. The applicant is present along with his counsel. The ADPP for the State is present. The proposed accused No.01 Imam Deen appeared voluntarily. The SHO PS Khanpur Mahar has sent his report which is taken on record and copy thereof supplied to counsel for applicant. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced. Consequently, based on judicious assessment of material brought on record I am of firm view that actual bone of contention between the parties is pure of civil/family nature and no offence occurred as alleged or otherwise but applicant, having been hinted made a foul attempt to kneel down his opponenets for ulterior motives which he concealed thus application in hand is hereby dismissed being hopelessly meritless and tainted with malice. However, SHO is bound to take legal action against a person of either side whoever violates law or exposes threats to public tranquility. |
