Cr. B.A No.1890 of 2026 of applicant/accused Muhammad Moosa is fixed today for pronouncement of order as yesterday after hearing the counsel for the parties, the order was reserved to be pronounced today. Order passed and pronounced in open Court on separate sheet. Almost evidence has been recorded and trial is expected to be concluded within one month. At this stage post arrest bail application of applicant/accused is devoid of merits and it is hereby dismissed accordingly. |
