Criminal Miscellaneous Application is called. The applicant is present along with his counsel. The proposed accused No.02 to 5 appeared. Mr. Anwar Ali Lohar advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of present proposed accused persons, which is taken on record. DSP/ IOncharge SP Complaint Redressal Centre has sent his report which is taken on record and copy thereof supplied to counsel for applicant. SIP Zaheer Ahmed Bhutto SHO PS Adilpur appeared and he has submitted his report with certain documents, which is taken on record and copy thereof supplied to counsel for applicant. Consequently, based on judicious assessment of material brought on record I am of firm view that applicant did not come with clean hands and he has made a foul attempt to complel complainant Shabeer Ahmed (proposed accused No.5) through lodging a FIR for an offence u/s 506/2 PPC in hand is hereby dismissed being hopelessly meritless and tainted with malice. However, police authorities are directed to provide legal protection to applicant and his family but this order will not mean to prevent police authorities from taking a legal action against a person of either side whoever commits an offence or causes a threat to public tranquility.
