Cr.BA No. 1886 of 2026 and 1879 of 2026 arising out of same crime, fixed at Sr.1 & 5 of today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC system are taken up together in open Court. Applicant/accused Sadullah and Shafi Muhammad are confined at DP & CF Ghotki while applicants/accused Ali Asghar, Jamaluddin, Faiz Muhammad, Imran Ali and Abdul Khalique are present on interim pre-arrest bail. The counsel for applicants/accused and DDPP for the State are present. The complainant and injured PWs have sworn biometric affidavits by raising no objection for grant of bail to applicants/accused. Heard. The record has been perused. Applicants/accused are granted bail. Interim pre-arrest bail to applicants/accused Ali Asghar & 04 others is confirmed on same terms and conditions while applicants/accused Sadullah and Shafi Muhammad are granted post arrest bail provide they furnish surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) each and PR bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court. Both post-arrest and pre-arrest bail applications stands allowed through this common order, which is passed and pronounced in open Court and separate copies whereof are placed on record. |
