Received bail application under section 498-A Cr.P.C from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicants/accused (1) Basheer Ahmed son of Shahzado (2) Irfan Ali son of Shahzado (3) Waheed Ahmed @ Abdul Waheed (4) Zameer Ahmed (5) Hidayatullah sons of Basheer Ahmed (6) Nadeem Ali son of Ghulam Mustafa (7) Hakim Ali son of Hajan and (8) Nizamuddin son of Hajan appeared along with their counsel. Order passed on bail application. Interim pre-arrest bail granted subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/ and P.R bond in the like amount.One Zulfiqar Ali son of Jamal Deen Mahar r/o Lutuf Ali Taluka Khangarh appeared and he has submitted his affidavit along with attested photo copy of deh form VII-B and photo copy of his CNIC for standings surety for the above named accused persons. Order passed on it. The alleged Deh Form is attested P.S copy and not original one thus it is unsatisfactory it and the Honourable Sessions Judge Ghotki has been pleased to pass an Order vide Circular No.EB- 6984 dated 13.8.2026 not to accept P.S copy in surety, hence surety in hand is not accepted even provisionally.
