This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Imtiaz Ali son of Nek Muhammad by caste Chandio, in Crime No.72/2025 of PS Mirokhan for offence U/S 324,337-Ai,Fi,114,504,337-Hii,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 27.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
