The Presiding Judge is on Summer Vacation. The Record & Proceedings of the case have been received from the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan along with copy of the Judgement dated 30.06.2025 passed by the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan in Cr. Appeal No. 661/2025 out of Jail Petition No. 515/2022 Re-Meeral Malano V/S The State, whereby, the Jail Petition of the convict prisoner Meeral Malano was converted into appeal which was allowed and he has has been acquitted of the charge. Order passed on it: "Make Compliance". The convict prison Meeral Malano is confined in Central Prison Sukkur. The record shows that the copy of Judgement is also forwarded to the Central Prison Sukkur. The DPA of this Court made contact with the Clerk, Conviction Branch of Central Prison Sukkur (Tarique Shabir: 0318-6355528), who informed that the convict prisoner has been released as they are waiting for the release letter to be issued by this Court.
