P.O is on Leave. I.O/Sip Noushad Alam is present and submit final report/charge sheet along with accused Muhammad Najeeb is present on police bail. DDPP is present. Heard I.O and DDPP in final report, order passed on it, admitted and registered the case. Copies u/s 241-A Cr. P.C supplied to accused person at Ex-01. Meanwhile accused filed application for waved time of framing of charge, order passed on it at Ex-02. Charge framed against the accused person at Ex-03. Plea of accused person at Ex-03/A, accused person plead guilty, therefore, show cause notice u/s 243 Cr. P.C issued to the accused person at Ex-04, he submitted reply of show cause notice at Ex-05. Order passed. Accused namely Muhammad Najeeb is convicted under section 243 Cr. P.C for the offence punishable under section 5/5-A Gambling Act and sentenced till rising the Court & fine Rs.500/-, in default of payment of fine, he shall further undergo fifteen (07) days. Accused deposited the fine amount in Nazir Branch of District Central and submitted such receipt No. 18 before the Court. |
