Proposed accused No.4 and his counsel are present. ADPP is also present. On one hand, the counsel for applicant argued that cognizable offence has been made out and on the other hand, counsel for proposed accused argued that proposed accused has no concern in FIR bearing crime No. 91/2025 u/s 302 PPC PS Khanpur Mahar and prayed for dismissal of instant application.
