For the reasons to be recorded, in view of the statement submitted by the private respondents that neither they have illegally harassed the petitioner nor intends and in view of the report submitted by the DSP Complaint Cell that he has issued strict directions to the concerned SHO to act according to law as and when the petitioner approach for any legal help, same are kept intact, accordingly, the application in hand stands disposed of. In compliance to the directions of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Bench at Sukkur vide order dated 15.02.2026 contained in Constt:Petition No.S-24/2026, let the copy of this order be sent to SHO concerned for information and necessary compliance as per law, with directions to submit compliance report before this Court within (07) days. |
