Consequently, based on judicious assessment of material brought on record I am of firm view that actual bone of contention is purely of family nature but applicant due to ill advice made a foul attempt to kneel down her ex-son-in-law through dragging in baseless FIR with unclean hands so application is hereby dismissed being meritless as well as tainted with malice. |
