Cr.B.A No.1821 & 1842 of 2026 fixed at Sr. No.1 & 4 of CFMS-DC arising out of same crime are taken up together. The applicants/accused Ali Asghar and five others of Cr.B.A 1821 of 2026 are present on interim pre-arrest bail while applicants/accused Sadullah and Shafi Muhammad are confined at DP & CF Ghotki. The counsel for applicants/accused, complainant and DDPP for the State are present. The complainant is absent. No other injured except injured Iltaf is present, who has submitted biometric affidavit by raising no objection for confirmation and grant of bail to present accused. Arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties. Order passed and pronounced by single/common order on separate sheets.
