Case and criminal Misc. application u/s 265-K Cr.PC called, accused Qurban son of Noor Khan is produced in custody by J/A Shikarpur through video link, accused Qurban Ali s/o Akber, Ali Hassan, Ghulam Qadir, Mukhtiar, Ghulam Yaseen @ Yaseen, Ali, Qandho @ Qandhar, Ali @ Ali Nawaz and Saeed Khan have already been acquitted, while other accused have been declared as POs. I/C DPP is present. Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Bangwar advocate for accused is present. No. PW is present. Notice of application u/s 265-K Cr.PC waived by I/C DPP and same application brought on record at Ex.39. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.40 that accused Qurban Sabzoi is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. He is produced in custody via video link, an acquittal intimation is issued with direction to the jail authorities to release him forthwith in this case only, and if he is not required to be detained in any other case. |
