From 26th to 28th May 2026 were Eid-ul-Uzha Holidays, hence case taken up today. Accused (1) Shahnawaz @ Shani and (2) Abdul Hafeez are not produced by the Jail authority. Issue P.O for them. Accused (3) Rajib Ali is called absent and he is shown on bail. Issue notice against him. While accuse (4) Suhino son of Saindad Shar is absconding and declared as proclaimed offender. The ADPP for the State is present. Miss Shabanna Kousar counsel for accused Shahnawaz alias Shani is also present. P/J is on C/leave. Put off to 02.06.2026 for charge. |
