This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Nazeer Ahmed Chandio advocate on behalf of applicant Meer Ali son of Muhammad Siddique by caste Chandio against I/C CIA Kamber and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Syed Imran Imam Zaidi learned Civil Judge & JM-II, Kamber is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS CIA Kamber and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 10.09.2026 at 08:30 am without fail.
