Cr.Case called. All accused Amanullah, 2. Mohammad Ishaque, 3.Abdul Haque, 4.Ghulam Hussain, 5.Nasarullah and 6.Mohammad Yousif Yaseen @ Wazar Ahmed are present on bail. ADPP for the state is present. Charge against accused persons is framed at Ex.02, to which they pleaded not guilty and claimed for trial vide their plea recorded at Ex.03/A to 03/3/F. Issue summons to complainant and all P.Ws. put off to 15.09.2026, for evidence. Accused are directed to attend. |
