Criminal Miscellaneous Application is called. The applicant is present along with his counsel. The ADPP for the State is present. Reports are not received. Application in hand is allowed subject to P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and deposit of original receipt, which according to applicant has been issued by Motor Registration Authority Rahimyar Khan with restriction not to alienate it or to change its look by any means till final decision of case and also to produce it before police or court of law whenever required in writing in FIR captioned above. In case of violation of any such term legal action will be taken against him.
