Case called. Accused is present on bail. Learned ADPP and defense counsel are present. Copy of police papers is supplied to accused as Ex 1. Accused has submitted an application for framing of charge today as he travels long for appearing before this Court. Order passed thereon. Allowed in the interest of justice. Charge against accused is framed as Ex 2 and his plea is recorded as Ex 2-A to which he pleaded guilty. Accused has also submitted an application for pleading his guilt and consideration of mercy. Simultaneously, accused person has been served with show cause notice u/s 243 Cr. P.C to which he submitted his reply that is taken on record. Order passed and announced in open Court. Accused are convicted u/s 243 Cr. P.C and imposed fine of Rs /-5000. In case of default in payment of fine amount, he shall undergo SI for one fourth of the imprisonment. |
