Safiya negated her improper and illegal custody, show shown some apprehension against her father Muhammad Ramzan, she appears sui-juris, set at liberty to go wherrever she desires. However, due to allegation of apprehension at the hands of her father Muhammad Ramzan, the father of detainee Mst. Safiya namely Muhammad Ramzan is directed to furnish PR bond in the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- with condition that he will not create any problem for present lady Mst. Safiya in future and will not file such frivolous application in future. In above terms, application u/s 491 Cr.PC stands disposed of.
