Succession petition No.18/2026 called. Petitioner alongwith his advocate Mr. Dayal Das is present. Notice returned duly served upon respondents. Private respondents No. 1 to 7 are present. Verification reports regarding legal heirs of deceased namely Kirshan is received from S.H.O P.S Jhun, Mukhtiarkar Revenue Taluka Islamkot, reports of NADRA Mithi, and report of Manager H.B.L Micro Finance Bank of Pakistan Mithi branch are received at Ex-07 to Ex-10. Advocate for applicant has submitted statement along with original copy of news paper daily Kawish Hyderabad dated: 22.07.2026 at Ex-11 in which process had published for general public. He has also submitted other statement alongwith photo stat copy of death certificate of one Tabho the father of deceased Kirshan at Ex-12. None is present from general public. Mr. Pitho Mal learned advocate is present and he has filed his vakalatanama on behalf of adult respondent No.7 at Ex-13. He has also submitted statement alongwith affidavit of adult respondent No.7 at Ex-14 in which she has given no objection for grant of succession certificate in favour of applicant and for appointment of guardian ad-litem of applicant on behalf of minor respondents No.01 to 06 being their real mother. Arguments heard from both side. Order passed on separate sheet at Ex-15 and announced in open court whereby the succession application is allowed as prayed, thereby a succession certificate be issued to the petitioner on furnishing P.R bond(s) one by petitioner herself and other by any local/ reliable /notable person of the locality in the equalant amount each to the satisfaction of this court. |
