The application is allowed subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000/-(Twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court on superdari basis. The SHO P.S Nasirabad is directed to handover the case property to the applicant under proper verification and receipt, if the same is not required in any other custody case/crime. The applicant is further directed not to sale out or change its colour or character without prior permission of this Court and to produce the same as and when required. |
