Order passed on separate sheet and announced in open court. The instant application is allowed. The applicant shall furnish P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 2,00,00000/- (Two hundred lacs only) with surety of Rs. 10,00,00/-. The applicant shall not sell, transfer, change the colour, or alter the description of the vehicle till final disposal of the case. The applicant shall ensure production of the vehicle before the Court whenever required. |
