Bail application called. Mr. Pitho mal, learned counsel for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Case papers received from SHO PS chelhar. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court, as per order bail granted to the accused in the sum of Rs:-20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with PR bond in the like amount. One surety namely Deep singh s/o Bhoomon by caste Thakur r/o village Jhapio Taluka Mithi, appeared and filed affidavit to stand as surety of accused. He/surety produced Two original DSCs No.HG-743590 and 743591- each of Rs:-10000/-(Ten thousand) Total amount of Rs-20000/-(Twenty thousand). Order passed therereon. The Surety is accepted along with PR bond in like amount. Let surety documents be sent for verification and mortgage. Issue Release Writ of accused Tejmal singh.
