Despite the matter being called multiple times since morning, none bothered to appear and inform the Court or to file an adjournment application. Record indicates that, since couple of months matter is being adjourned for want of appearance of plaintiff and adducing evidence. Apparently; it prima facie reflects from the conduct of representative of SAFCO Microfinance Company that, he has completed mere formalities and is no more interested to proceeded with the matter. In the interest of justice, one last opportunity is extended to plaintiff with directions to adduce his evidence positively, failure thereof shall entail lawful consequences.
