J.D absent his counsel is present.??From perusal of record it appears that plaintiff filed FCS NO.63/2013 was decreed by this court vide judgment/decree dated 02.12.2021, whereby aggrieved parties/defendants filed 1st C.A No.160/2021, which was dismissed by Honourable 1st ADJ Sanghar vide judgment dated.03.03.2023. Said judgment also challenged in 2nd appeal No.26/2023 before Honourable High Court of Sindh Hyderabad, whereby Honourable High Court of Sindh, Hyderabad passed order dated.08.05.2023 and directed the parties to maintain the status-quo till next date of hearing. Keeping in view of the above circumstances, and in the interest of justice by considering the status of the case/ execution application, mere keeping the execution application pending on the board/file of this court without any progress, is not justified till final decision of 2nd appeal No.26/2023, before Honourable High court. As such, I hereby adjourned this Execution Application sine-die, till further orders of above appeal.
