The Honourable P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Maqsood Mukhtiar Gopang Advocate on behalf of applicant/accused Gulsher Ali S/o Ali Gul by Caste Gopang, for the offence under section 380, 457 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 435/2025 of PS Kamber City. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 05.01.2026, for confirmation or otherwise.
