P.C has filed by Mr. Kamran Ahmed Gorar Advocate on behalf of applicants/accused Siraj S/o Azizullah & Sarfraz Ali S/o Durani by Caste Brohi, for the offence under section 504, 337Ai, Fi, 506/2, 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No.408/2025 of PS Kamber City. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
