Today case is fixed for appearance of absconding accused Mazhar Ali, more than thirty days has elapsed thereafter, yet the accused has failed to appear before this court. Order passed thereon. Let the absconding accused Mazhar Ali is declared as proclaimed offender. Order kept on record at Ex. 04. Put off to 20-10-2026, for receipt. Accused are sent back to custody. Present accused are directed to attend. |
