The complainant Ali Dost Khoso is present and submitted application along with his affidavit stating therein that he does not want to proceed with the case till arrest of the accused persons. Learned ADPP for the state submitted application requesting therein for keeping the case on dormant file till arrest of absconding accused/P.Os or appearance before the court. Order passed and announced in open court. The case against above named absconding accused is kept on dormant file till their arrest but in light of Judgment report in PLD 2016 Sindh 238, let perpetual warrant of arrest against the accused be issued through SSP Dadu for execution and submission of progress report. Matter put of to 29.11.2023 for return of perpetual warrant/progress report. |
