This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has submitted by applicant Mst Subhan Khatoon w/o Gulzar Ali by caste Odhano in person against SHO PS Nasirabad and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Saeed Ahmed Shaikh learned Civil Judge & JM, Nasirabad is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Nasirabad and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 07.09.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
