The P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Safdar Ali Memon Advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01. Muhammad Nawaz, 02. Budhal @ Muhamamd Budhal both sons of Shahnawaz, 03. Ayaz @ Muhammad Ayaz, 04. Sajjan, 05. Riaz @ Anbro all three sons of Muhammad Nawaz all by caste Panhwar, in crime No.31/2025 of PS Shaheed ASP Fateh Hayat Mekan for offence u/s 337-Fi, 337-Ai, 506/2, 148-149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 29.12.2025, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, same was provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state, complainant and call for police papers. |
