Cr.B.A No.1775/2025 is taken up. The counsel for applicants/accused and DDPP are present. I.O SIP Mehrban Ali and complainant Syed Subhan Ali Shah are also present. The I.O submitted that chemical report as well visceral part sent to GIMS but the same were not received so he has written letter to MS Taluka Hospital Ghotki for sending the histopathological report but reply is still awaited. The counsel for applicants/accused now it was asked to advance his arguments, he prayed for two days time. The complainant also submitted application to engage his counsel. Adjourned to 26.11.2025 for arguments as this is third date of hearing that the matter is being adjourned. In case, on 26.11.2025 either party fails to advance his arguments, then Court will pass an appropriate order including order for dismissal of instant application without notice to any party. |

Cr.B.A No. 1775/2025 is taken up. The counsel for applicants/accused and ADPP are present. Notice upon complainant is returned served upon him through his WhatsApp number as per endorsement of ASI Ayaz Ali Jamali of P.S A-Section Ghotki. This is the same position as made by ASI Ayaz Ali on previous date. As to why the matter may not be sent to SSP Ghotki at Mirpur Mathelo for his disgraceful conduct and to initiate proper proceedings against him under intimation to this Court, in case, he returns the process with the same endorsement and did not bring complainant in person on next date of hearing. The counsel for applicants/accused requests to Court to adjourn the matter on next date of hearing, as vital document viz- chemical examiner report is yet to come, which is essential for proper hearing and disposal. Let I.O be put on his personal appearance on next date of hearing along with chemical examiner report.
