The Honourable P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio Advocate on behalf of applicants/accused Abdul Sattar S/o Jam Khan & Sajjad S/o Nek Muhammad both by Caste Chandio, for the offence under section 324, 337Ai, H2, 504, 114, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 72/2025 of PS Mirokhan. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 26.12.2025, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, which have been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the State, complainant & call for police papers. |
