The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Bahadur Ali Shahani advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Abdul Sami, 02-Ali Asghar, 03-Yasir Ali all sons of Muhammad Ali by caste Patoojo, in Crime No.22/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 337-Ai,504,506/2,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
