Post arrest bail application called. Today the bail application of applicant/accused Lal Khan by caste Brohi is fixed for arguments. Learned ADPP for the state and learned DC are present. Police papers received from concerned P.S by the ADPP office. Notice issued upon complainant same is returned served upon him, who is present. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court, such order passed on separate sheet, taken on record, whereby the instant post arrest Bail application of applicant/accused Lal Khan s/o Ghulam Qadir by caste Brohi is hereby granted subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. |
